By accessing and using Lincoln College JCR's Accomodation Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.


Authorized Use

This website is intended solely for managing and co-ordinating the Accomodation Ballot. You may only use the website in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not:

  • Use someone else's account
  • Allow others to use your account
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or bookings that you are not authorized to view

There is a sole exception for using someone else's account with their permission to book a room on their behalf, the original account holder is still liable for actions taken on their account.


Prohibited Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that could interfere with its normal operation or with other users' ability to access or use the system
  • Intentionally disrupt or manipulate the booking system.
  • Access or use the site for any purpose other than the one it was designed for
